About Us:
Lawn Master Outdoor Living L.L.C. (LMOL) specializes in the manufacturing and installation of outdoor living products meant to be enjoyed for many years by its customers. LMOL’s cedar wood structures and storage buildings are designed to create aesthetic enhancements and organizational storage efficiencies for the outdoor living experience. LMOL and its principles have enjoyed a long term relationship with The Home Depot as a primary outlet for our products. LMOL currently services over 250 Home Depot locations in nine states. The Home Depot has recognized LMOL for its commitment to customer service by awarding us with the “Platinum Award” for Service Provider Excellence.

Product Offerings:
LMOL strives to provide high quality custom wood lawn structures and outdoor storage buildings based on a manufacturing process which allows for high volume production and installation to meet customer’s expectations in a timely fashion. Lawn Master believes that the market place is currently demanding more from the outdoor experience. LMOL is committed to the idea of manufacturing and overseeing the installation of our products by qualified, experienced authorized builders in an efficient customer friendly manner. The company’s product offerings include a multi-line storage building program, a line of cedar wood pergolas/arbors, various styles of covered pavilions, and patio covers.

The Process:
Lawn Master Outdoor Living L.L.C’s headquarters is located in Waxahachie, TX, a Dallas/Ft. Worth suburb. We also have production facilities located in Knoxville, TN and Birmingham, AL. The manufacturing process for the pergola/pavilion program consists of a series of template guided router cuts to predetermined lengths and customer requested end cuts ending with pre-staining of all lumber at our facility. Completed structural unit parts are unitized and made ready for pick up by authorized installers creating an efficient prepackaged product ready for assembly at the customer’s site with minimal intrusion at the customer’s property. The storage building process entails the pre-cutting and constructing of certain items in our factories such as rafters, doors and framing studs in an effort to enhance the precision of the cuts and minimize the time spent on site in the customer’s backyard. The buildings are constructed on site by experienced installers to insure the structure is constructed to exacting standards dictated by the customer’s specific site location and topography.

All Lawn Master representatives entering the customer’s property, from our salesman to the authorized installer, have met extensive background checks and carry authorized badges indicating their approved status.

LMOL currently offers three options for the customer to obtain their outdoor structures. LMOL will professionally install the structure at the customer’s location, or LMOL can provide a Do It Yourself (DIY) program with either curbside delivery to the customer’s location, or customer pick up at our Waxahachie facility (pergolas and pavilions only).
