WARRANTY

Pergola/Pavilion and Value Line Storage Building Warranty
LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY

All Lawn Master Outdoor Living, L.L.C structures come complete with a one-year limited warranty. We carefully select only the fiest building components for each of our outdoor structures. In doing so, Lawn Master Outdoor Living, L.L.C will guarantee for a period of one year from the date of installation that our product will be free of any defective material* or workmanship. In the event our product, or a portion of our product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the defective item free of charge, at our discretion.

In no event will Lawn Master Outdoor Living, L.L.C be responsible for any damage to the structure caused by events unrelated to the construction of the structure such as, but no limited to fire, hail, winds, high water, poor soil conditions or criminal mischief.

*Structures
*Western Red Cedar is a natural product in which cracks, wane, and checking may appear.

Limited Life Time Storage Building Waranty
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Lawn Master Outdoor Living, LLC is proud to offer the finest in backyard storage structures backed by one of the strongest life time limited warranties in the business. Lawn Master Outdoor Living, LLC warrants to the original purchaser of a Lawn Master storage building that your structure will be free of defective material and workmanship at time of construction completion. Should components of our product require repair or replacement, Lawn Master Outdoor Living, LLC, at its sole discretion and satisfaction, will complete such repairs or replacement in a timely and workman like manner. Such repairs or replacement deemed necessary solely by Lawn Master Outdoor Living, LLC shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of Lawn Master Outdoor Living, LLC. This warranty may be invalidated should the building owner not provide regular maintenance and upkeep including but not limited to re-painting or re-caulking all surfaces not less than every 24 months.

In no event will Lawn Master Outdoor Living, LLC be responsible for building contents or any damage to the building structure or foundations caused by events unrelated to the construction of the structure, such as but not limited to fire, water, hail, hurricanes, tornadoes, poor soil conditions, shifting soils, abuse, neglect, criminal mischief, or any other events or casualties.

Certain products utilized during construction, such as siding, shingles, door latches, carry an additional manufacturer’s warranty that is completely independent from any warranty stated herein. To request a copy of such warranties, please contact our home office at 877-553-9931.
